The Collectif FEMMES 4.0 action plan 2019-2024

The Quebec manufacturing sector is mobilizing to increase the representation of women in manufacturing jobs.

 

In May, Collectif FEMMES 4.0, initiated by the Centre de recherche industrielle du Québec (CRIQ), Investissement Québec (IQ) and Manufacturiers et Exportateurs du Québec (MEQ), launched an action plan that aims to increase the proportion of women working in the manufacturing sector from 26% to 35% in the next five years.
