Table of professionals in human resources

Emploi-Québec and DESTL have created the Saint-Laurent Table of professionals in human resources(TPHR), a series of training sessions recognized by the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés (CRHA) on the human resources challenges facing employers (recruitment, training, employee retention, succession planning, etc.). Now more than ever, manufacturers must innovate to boost their productivity and remain competitive. Since 2005, DESTL has fostered industrial innovation and initiated various projects to assist businesses in the borough with R&D and encourage them to transition to Factory 4.0.

Export

In March 2013, DESTL set up Export Montréal Ouest (ExMO), an export assistance service, in collaboration with Montréal West Island CDECs and CLDs of the time.

 

ExMo offers a range of specialized services to help businesses that want to penetrate new markets to succeed abroad.

 

Table of Exporters

To provide entrepreneurs with the necessary tools, ExMo created a Table of Exporters. This export panel meets six times a year, in the form of training sessions.
